Purplegoods is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for THE LIFE OF YOUR SERVICE. If a product should fail during that time you may return it to us for a free replacement or refund at our discretion.
We want you to be happy with your Purplegoods product and service combination. However, if within 7 days of receiving Purpergoods you are not satisfied with the service then you may contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, ship us the product back and we will issue you a full refund.
