Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. You may return the Phone-007/Phone-007B unit for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To obtain a refund, contact customer service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions from customer service to return the unit. Please include all items in their original packaging when returning the unit. You may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks to process your refund. We will notify you via email of your refund status.
If you received a faulty unit and wish to exchange it for the same item, contact customer service within 30 days of purchase for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions from customer service to exchange the unit. A postage-paid box pre-labeled with return address will be shipped to you to return the faulty unit. Once the original unit is received, a new unit will be shipped to you within 1 business day. We will notify you via email of your exchange status.
Customers who violate the Acceptable Use policy or who otherwise abuse the Phone-007 unit will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Follow the RMA instruction from our customer service, A postage-paid box pre-labeled with return address will be shipped to you to return the faulty unit . To ship an item back to Revolve, simply pack your item into the box we sent it over to you and invoice into a USPS ground and affix the prepaid mailing label. Because the post office does not need to process a payment from you, you can do all of the above without waiting in line! To mail your package, you can drop it in a mail drop box, hand it to your mailman when he/she drops off your mail, or drop it off at the counter at your local post office
Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired product name and model.
